REFUND POLICY

Pixelora Media — Effective Date: March 2026

1. General Policy

At Pixelora Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality social media marketing services. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. No Refund Cases

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• Work has already been started or delivered

• Content, creatives, or strategy documents have been shared

• Monthly retainer fees once the billing cycle has begun

• Ad spend paid directly to Meta, Google, or any third-party platform

• Client fails to provide required assets or approvals on time

• Client changes business direction or decides not to proceed mid-project
  

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following cases:

• Payment was made but work has not yet started

• Pixelora Media is unable to deliver the agreed services

• Duplicate payment was made by error

• Project cancelled by Pixelora Media without cause

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment via email at hello@pixeloramedia.in

4. Advance Payment

All projects require 50% advance before work begins. This advance is non-refundable once onboarding is initiated and brand assets have been collected.

5. Monthly Retainer Clients

Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month and are non-refundable once the month has started. Clients wishing to cancel must provide 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with our services, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@pixeloramedia.in or +91 9988454580. We will do our best to resolve the issue before any refund request is processed.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method — UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay. International refunds via Wise may take up to 14 business days.
