Pixelora Media — Please read carefully before engaging our services Effective Date: 11 March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Pixelora Media ('the Agency', 'we', 'us') for any service — whether through verbal agreement, written contract, email, WhatsApp, or payment — you ('the Client') agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply globally to all clients regardless of location.

2. Services Offered

Pixelora Media provides the following digital marketing services:

• Social Media Management — Content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management

• Paid Advertising — Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads campaign setup and management

• Content Creation — Graphics, reels scripts, captions, and brand creatives

• Full Growth Package — A combination of all above services tailored to client goals

The exact scope of services will be defined in the individual Service Agreement / Contract signed between both parties.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are payable in advance before work begins.

• Monthly retainer clients must pay by the 1st of each month.

• Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Razorpay.

• International clients: payments accepted via Wise or bank wire.

• GST (if applicable) will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax law.

• Invoices unpaid beyond 7 days may result in work suspension.
  
  

4. Revisions & Approvals

Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Additional revisions will be charged at ₹500 per revision or as mutually agreed. Clients are required to provide feedback within 48 hours of receiving deliverables. Delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary brand assets, login credentials, and information in a timely manner

• Designate a single point of contact for communication

• Respond to approval requests within 48 hours

• Not share confidential strategy or creatives with third parties

• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed by the Client
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All original creative work produced by Pixelora Media remains the property of Pixelora Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client. Strategy documents, internal processes, templates, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Pixelora Media at all times.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information, strategies, pricing, and business data strictly confidential. This obligation survives termination of the agreement and remains in effect indefinitely.

8. Termination

• Client-initiated termination: 30 days written notice required.

• Agency-initiated termination: 14 days written notice. Full refund for undelivered work.

• Immediate termination by Agency: In case of non-payment, abuse, or unethical requests.

• No refunds are provided for work already delivered or in progress.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

Pixelora Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific month in which the issue arose. Results from social media marketing are not guaranteed as platforms and algorithms are subject to change.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion first, followed by arbitration if required, under Indian Arbitration law. Jurisdiction: India.

11. Amendments

Pixelora Media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued engagement after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
